I said after but probably have to be before since getting paid would be easier through account transfer. THey don't take taxes out so you just claim whatever you won or got transfered to your account on your own taxes

We could always just assume taxes are about 30% and go 5% after 30% off... Either way, I'm fine, especially if I don't win over $1000 :)
