Welcome to (“PokerSoup”). We maintain this web site as a service to our customers, and by using our site you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please review the TOS and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree with the TOS, you should not review information or obtain services from this site.

User-Generated Content

PokerSoup, at its sole discretion, allows users to generate (“post”) content in various areas of the site. By posting content, you agree not to spam, use abusive, hateful, or otherwise discriminatory language, or link to hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate websites.


By becoming a member of PokerSoup, you agree to abide by the TOS for PokerSoup. Your membership can be canceled without notice if it is determined that misleading information has been provided, the TOS have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by PokerSoup in its sole discretion. Such abuses include impersonating another person, threatening or intimidating language, slander, and other abuses noted in the TOS.

Editing, Deleting, and Modification

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on PokerSoup, including the TOS, without further notice to users of PokerSoup.

Lapsed Accounts

In order to keep PokerSoup membership roster current, if a member does not access his or her account for a period of 90 days or more, PokerSoup may, in its sole discretion, terminate such member's account. PokerSoup will endeavor to notify a member by email notice at least 15 days prior to deactivation.
