CELEBRATION for Jason & Adrian

    • I would love to celebrate in a non-poker-playing environment – just a time to hang out, have some drinks, hear some tales, and celebrate Jason & Adrian's victory. Anybody up for getting together this Thursday night, July 3rd?

I'm thinking a cool place to hang out would be St. James Gate in Belmont.

    • I'd be down for something like that. Another option is Bucca Di Beppo's - which is where we celebrated Bert and Trish's pending felony charges! ;-)

    • Thursdays is kinda hard for me for a dinner/drinks party. Any other day would work fine.

    • Well the WSOP event is over, although it was over for me when Jason went out...anywhoooo here are the results. J. C. Tran took it down.

I cannot make it on Thursday, but I would love to join some type of celebration for Adrian and Jason. Please keep me posted.

    • Jason says he wants to organize something in the near future that hopefully everyone can come to. If there is an impromptu event on Thursday, he will attend, but would like to plan out and do a larger event in the next week or so.

Also, he's sorry he hasn't been online for a while, but he needs to chill out. In his words, "It's been fucking crazy."

    • If I lived in town there I would love to come. He told me that he is planning on coming up to the Couve in a couple of weeks. We can give him a celebration of our own for him.

    • Too bad it's been so crazy for Jason. I was hoping we could all pitch in and stake him in the Main Event beginning the day after tomorrow. He should be able to pull his shit together by then, right"

    • Hey everybody, I haven't read this whole thread yet, and I'm dead tired. I'm up for a celebration on Thursday, especially since I don't work on Friday. Let me read everything tomorrow and we can figure it out. Adrian says he maybe can't come, so we'll get back to you guys tomorrow.

I definitely want to have a more organized party thing some time in the relatively near future. More on that later.

BTW, it's been crazy in a good way. :)

THANKS to everybody for sweating me!!!

    • Great job Jason and Adrian. Actually, it's f*cking awesome!

I kinda missed the play-by-play since I was out or town and without internet for 4 days. But the shakes have stopped now that I'm back and I'd be up for celebrating. However, I was just reminded that I have other plans for this Thursday (but I might be able to show up late).
