So, yesterday evening while watching the Closing Ceremony and enjoying a cold beer, I was looking at the size of my 565 sq ft apt. I was wondering if I have room to host a game. I could definetly fit one table with ease. Since, most of the poker players on this forum are from South Bay/Peninsula area, not sure how many ppl would be willing to drive here (Fremont) for a One table game. (Ppl who have more tables have a hard time getting ppl here as it is, right Kyle?) I also realize that most of the players on the forum have families and other responsiblities they need to worry about (children, spouses, etc). So, if the players are willing to come out here, I think I might be able to start hosting a weekly game. I could tightly squeeze a 2 table game. (The seating would possibly be as tight as it as Huggins - back-to-back. For the players who haven't been there, its probably as tight as Teresa's game in her dorm room)
That being said, I would need help from the fellow players. I would need tables, chairs, chips, cards. If there is a regular show of ppl, I would obviously invest in some of those items :-)
