    • For anyone who cares, Jon made the final table at a $550 buy-in in WSOP Circuit Event in Reno on Sunday. Final table starts at 4:00PM today. As I remember, $21K goes to the winner... 9th place is $1500... don't know the other payouts. Tom Sexton (Mike's brother) is announcing the final table and gave Allan (Jon's dad) permission to post live updates on Jon's blog. The field was I think 158 players with top 18 cashing. Jon is currently chip leader with 40% of the chips in play.

      Jon gave me absolutely no permission to post it here but hey, he didn't tell me not to either. Thought it would help if you root for him not to lose all his chips right away. That kid is one giant luckbox...

      Adrian and I were going to go to this one, but decided to go to Vegas for the Venetian Deep Stack tourneys instead. Would have been fun for all of us to make the final table! LOL

    • Next level is 17 with 2.5K/5.0K and a 500 ante. Jon has an M of 30, which seems good. Hopefully there is still time to outplay the opposition before the blinds go nuts. Take it down, yo!
