    • Very Cool...But hiding your cards to look at them might be tricky!

    • from a friend he his a dealer at GC

      quote

Played on one a couple years ago in Folsom... Slick set-up but no chip stacks to see how much people have easily, no chips or cards to handle, to many just play like video poker and it kills all the interaction between players.

At one time people were really worried it would take away dealers jobs but the players really don't like it that well.

    • yeah i tried one in reno i thought it was cool, dont even have to tip the dealer!!!

    • no dealer to tip is cool, but i love the feel of a real game. i hope all the casinos don't move to this. they can't, right!? there's just something about touching the cards and throwing the chips around that makes real poker more real. if i was cool playing on one of those tables, i might as well be at home in my underwear.

    • Not as fun as playing with real cards and chips, but all the player interaction was still there.

    • yeah, i suppose a lot of the player interaction would still be there. actually, without having to worry about counting chips and protecting your cards and all that, there might even be more player interaction. i wonder if a pro with good reading skills would make more on a table like this (especially w/o tipping the dealer).

    • played it one time 2 yrs ago on a cruise ship. game play is fine. hiding cards is cool. however those things seem more rigged than online games as far as hands i saw. saw several quads, straight flushes made against AA's, like runner, runner, runner, runner. was fun though.
