Buy In: $110 - 10,000 starting chips
One Rebuy: First 5 levels (20 min levels), $75, 7500 chips
One Add-on: $25, 5000 chips

Payouts:

One seat will be awarded for every $1800 in the prize pool ($1600 for seat, $200) for travel expense. **
Top 10% of finishers will be awarded either a seat, or a % of remaining cash.

** Winning players agree to use the winnings towards a seat (it's the whole purpose of the tournament). For those not wanting or able to play in the ISPC on 8/20, 21 they may use their seat at the WSOP Circuit Main event at either Horseshoe Southern Indiana (10/8) or Horseshoe Hammond (10/22). Or, they may choose a cash option. Players must specify when they buy in if they are playing for a seat, or for cash - once they choose and the tournament starts, there is no changing. The cash payout will be no travel expense, and 75% of the value of the seat ($1200). If a "cash" player finishes in a seat position, the additional money will roll back into the "remaining cash" pool. It is possible that 1st is cash, and 2nd and 3rd are seats. We will likely run another one of these for the WSOP circuits mentioned above (for one or both - we'll see). For those who choose a seat, but unforseen circumstances arise that does not allow them to play, they can choose a proxy to go in their place. It is between that person and the proxy to come up with some kind of arrangement as to how the winnings will be divided.
