    • I think you can actually youtube the entirety of Rounders. Fully worth it. It even made me go back and look at an old Siskel and Ebert review to see what they thought. Funny stuff. That trailer for 21 does look good. Remember, there's plenty of space between 'inspired by true events' and actual fact. There's also plenty of space between what happens in a trailer and what happens in the actual movie. Shit, there was an extra character in the trailer for Rounders...

    • Thanks for the link, G. I don't think I've sat through a full review by them before. It was painful, especially near the end. Now what is this extra character in the Rounders trailer you are talking about? I don't think I've seen the trailer... I'll go find it. Agreed re: 21, actuality, etc.

Speaking of actuality, there's this TV network that's "not reality. it's actuality". Next step, I guess...

    • Looks like a whole scene is missing... The dude says "You guys notice how wins every time he deals" and then perhaps they are chased out of the shop (which you can see in the trailer 5-10 seconds later). Maybe. :p

    • Is this TV station you speak of called 'CSPAN'? That's kind of like gambling...

    • Looks like the youtube channel. This just in, Dario Argento (Italian horror master) made a movie called 'The Card Player' which I will be watching soon. Also Scorsese's 'Casino' comes to mind, but it doesn't have anything to do with cards really. And it's pretty much the same movie as 'Goodfellas.' Still good, but skippable.

    • I'm hoping this will be good. The Grand

Lots of names in this one.

    • Stephen, that movie looks retarded. And you know how I looooove retarded movies :D

    • Awwww, you don't dig the "mockumentary" humor? ....or you do? I'm confused. HAS to be better than frickin' Lucky You. Poker could use a movie that doesn't take itself seriously.

    • That one looks good. I'm so glad Will Ferrell isn't in it...
Oh yeah, skip 'The Card Player.' The game is five card draw video poker. yawn. Some good gore, though...

    • The Grand looks bad in a good way. Clearly a movie made for poker players. Must have been fun to write it. I'm sure I'll fully enjoy it.

    • That was my poor attempt at humor. The ":D" was supposed to bring it all together. Sorry :( It looks hilarious. Hopefully Will and Ben and Chuck (cancer-curing tears Chuck) will make an appearance.

    • FWIW, I am just a socially retarded home-schooler. Sometimes teh internets funny faces confound my brain with their meanings. ;) :p :-D

    • Don't beat yourself up, Stephen. This ought to cheer you up... or at least give you a new mantra
