    • Made the whole show imo. I hated Raymers play with the 55 vs Haxton's 99 when he had 50bb imo

    • I agree, Raymers play was not such a good one. Maybe he wanted to go play in the other tournament where he was getting blinded out, lol. Atleast now he can get an indoor driving range :-)

Was it me, or were ppl just being crazy and almost every hand was an ALL IN hand. Or they just televise the Action Hands?

Jason - Yes this is 2009 WSOP. They showed the $40K buy-in event on ESPN last night.

    • Yeah, I remember tracking the live coverage and Raymer constantly running off to play the Champions Invitational. event. As much as I respect Raymer, that was a HUGE mistake. He was at a final table, he should have stayed and maintained 100% focus.

They just show the action hands, but you had a lot of very tough online guys there so when they have 15-20bbs and someone comes in late position they usually are bot shoving with any ace everytime. Thats why Raymer called Bonomo's all in with a8. He even commented how much Bonomo was coming over the top of him the day before. Kinda of the difference between the great live tourny guys and Online players. A motivated Ivey or Negraneu probably gets a read on Bonomo and mucks it. I have a feeling you are goin to see a lot less aggresion with weak hands in position in the future with how deep they are letting these tourny players play. Its getting closer to cash game status which I like

    • It's cool, they mentioned Haxton got his start at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino.... that's the casino I take day or two day trip to visits to about once a month...... I had heard in May that some guy that blew up around here came in second at a large event, they said he played the limit I play there, there's a slight chance I may have played Haxton two years ago.......
