    Supplements to elevate your play

I found this one on a weightlifting site, but it was originally published in Poker Player magazine in the UK. From poker to weights and back to its rightful home. Mostly stuff you already knew, but definitely some shit that could pick you up a step. Here it is.

    • I have eaten the Spike. No noticeable changes. Then again, at the time I was doing 1 or 2 caffeinated beverages per day. Right now I'm almost a week into none a day, so it might spike me up a bit more...

    • PokerSoup blog comment Captcha Omaha hands. Graham has actually had a real Omaha hand in his captcha and posted about it on the forum, I think. My hand is QFFY this time. I guess a pair is good...

    • I got the money...you got the...stuff?

I know there are some days when I'm very aware and don't have to try to focus. But there are other days when my mind is sluggish, and I feel like I'm on auto-pilot. I've often wondered about ways to combat that. Caffeine is all I've used in the past. I could be open to try something else, but I would want it to be natural in origin. All these crazy chemicals scare me.

BTW, is R8U7 double-suited a good Omaha hand?
